「10 people stayed for 5 nights, AC worked great during summer heat wave with higher than normal temps. Had a few hiccups but the local contact addressed quickly and efficiently. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Eating outside and BBQ when it cooled off was wonderful. The pool was heaven. Notes for future users: this is a two story house, but we used a car to transport our luggage to the side access by the pool for the lower floor. 「Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.」

「The property is very much as listed. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Property management was very good and easy to deal with the entire time. It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I」
