There were a few questions/concerns the first night (a door that didn't lock in the casita and a wifi outage in the area, not just the house so not at all related to the VRBO) and Jen addressed them immediately by the following...

"Sometimes you find a property on VRBO, but when you arrive it’s just not as nice as the glitzy online photos would suggest. Just the opposite here. Lots of 5-star reviews for this one, and they turned out to be accurate. The house is huge and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our party of 16. The game room and pool were big hits with both the kids and adults. There was a high chair and porta-crib for the one-year-old so we didn’t need to rent them. The sunset view from the rooftop...

The Casita was super clean, modern, roomy, comfortable & fully equipped with anything you need.
