This location is tucked away on a quiet street close to a variety of shopping, fine dining and activities to enjoy. The swimming pool is right next to the Villa and is seldom used. Located just minutes away from Downtown Mill Ave and Sky Harbor Airport. Easy access to the I-60, 101, 202 and I-10.

    ~Relax in the comfortable living room. Featuring unique local art, a ROKU TV, comfy leather couch and chair (Couch opens to a queen size bed), board games and books.

    ~Modern fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and high end cookware. If you enjoy cooking you will love this kitchen. Featuring an organic coffee and tea bar, Ninja blender and a comfortable dining area.

    ~Luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower filter for a spa-like shower experience. Plush towels, a hair dryer, curling/flat iron, healthy soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion included!

    ~Master bedroom has a comfy plush memory foam King mattress, two nightstands, a vanity/workspace and closet.

    ~Second bedroom has a comfortable Queen memory foam mattress, two nightstands, a full length mirror and closet. Both rooms have charging cables bedside.

    ~Private stackable washer/dryer inside the Villa.

Great little condo in Tempe, was close to ASU and other restaurants. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well.

The accommodations were great. Stayed in this complex twice and both times were just what we were looking for. Will try to get into this same complex the next visit for sure.

We had a great stay here! The property was super clean, everything was in working order and as described in the listing. The location was convenient to the airport and to nearby shopping/restaurants. Would be a great place to stay if visiting ASU. We will definitely choose this property again if we are back in the area visiting. Two thumbs up!

Beautifully decorated condo in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you might need during your stay. The attention to detail in this unit was phenomenal. From the golden theme to the unexpected extras throughout, we were very impressed. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Pictures provide a very accurate view of the space. Ryan was a fantastic host, communicating all of the necessary information and checking in throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Check in was super easy. The host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Clean and well kept. Note: this is in a single level apartment complex so neighbors are really close.

A beautiful place with the comforts of home. The place was spotless and welcoming. A keycode entry lock is always a nice feature. The kitchen well outfitted with the usual dishes, small appliances, etc. The A/C was great and it wasn't too long before I had the program features figured out. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels (including 2 big beach towels). The shampoo, conditioner etc. that were supplied were nice, and there were some additional supplies which included sunscreen. The TV was easy to operate, and offered a number of free streaming options. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable, and had soft memory foam tops. I appreciated having the washer & dryer in the home and did a load of laundry during our stay. A Walmart is close by, as are other grocery as well as dining options. The homeowner was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going smoothly. Overall, I would love to stay here again, so I highly recommend this home!

Ryan was welcoming and very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower’s water pressure was excellent! You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the decoration and setup of this quaint space. They even had a curly-haired diffuser for the hair dryer! Their vast selections of provided coffees and teas were thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a wonderful find! Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is in a cute complex, very private and quiet yet close to shopping, restaurants, highways. Two bedroom apartment was immaculate, beautifully maintained. Check in was effortless, host Ryan provided instructions that were clear and accurate before our arrival. He was very attentive with any questions we had. Super thoughtful touches like a welcome manual with information about the apartment and the area attractions. We had such a relaxing time and would love to stay here again. Check out was just as easy as check in. If you are looking for a place to stay and see a vacancy here, snap this one up — it is a gem!!

Five star Hotel luxury without the five star hotel price

I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.
