「We chose as our home base for our time in Phoenix,AZ , stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great, close to everything.Clean and comfortable room, love home decor and kitchen . Will absolutely stay again when we come back to town.」

「Very nicely decorated and comfortable home worked great for three co-workers visiting the area for work with adequate privacy and a nice common area. Having a garage to park in was a big plus. The pre-stay contracts felt a bit over the top as compared to other rentals I have stayed in but certainly not a reason to stay somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The house was great! We were a little disappointed in the communication with the host.」

「Just great」

「I come to Phoenix about every 5 weeks. This is my second time renting this property and it will always be high on my list to return. Lance is one of the best property managers I've dealt with. He answers questions quickly, and in a friendly manner, we never felt like we were bothering him. This home is VERY well maintained, upscale amenities/appliances, with good beds and bedding. The master bedroom and bath are to die for!!! The open floor plan is great for family get togethers with a large...

「Perfect stay!」

「Nicole was a great host. She very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the booking process. She answered questions quickly and was proactive in making sure we had what we needed ahead of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and her flexibility and professionalism made planning our group trip much easier. Would definitely book with her again.」

「Very good」

「Our family of 7 (adult children) came to Scottsdale in June (!! I know) to visit with our son who was out there for summer. We booked because of the amazing backyard amenities and it did not disappoint! We lived in the pool. Even when temperatures exceeded 100, the pool stayed cool. At times, we were even cool enough to use the hot tub! Everyone loved the kayaks and paddleboards as well. We rented the pontoon boat in addition-it is older, but still fun! The owners were readily available...

「Excellent and clean property with all amenities and vibes」

「This property is perfect for a group. Very nice bright updated home with lots of extras, big windows, comfortable sitting areas and outdoor venue with heated pool. Home was fully stocked with the basics and an exceptional coffee bar. We brought a puzzle and enjoyed working on it! Fouad and his team were very responsive. Highly recommend!」
