"This property has so many positives…great location, outstanding views, and beautiful gardens. However, some of the fundamentals were lacking. First off, and the biggest offender, our mattress. It was in very poor condition and we barely slept. The standard room was small and crammed with oversized furniture, leaving nowhere to put your bags. Lighting was poorly placed and outlets were lacking. No window room darkening options to tame the light that was on all night outside our window. Blinds alone were insufficient. Really cheap toilet paper and facial tissue. We checked out early."

"The entire facility was well maintained but even better staffed. The rooms were clean and spacious. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I must say that the design of the shower is the best I’ve seen! No guessing which door to use, having the water control away from the shower head, having a wash cloth bar, and the placement of the bench were perfection! The front desk and breakfast staff were all wonderful! Our only complaint is that the guests above us on our last night seemed to let their children stomp on the floor and bang on pots/pans. Of course, the hotel can’t control everything."

"The kitchen was very well equipped, The house actually could handle more than 6 people as there is a cot and foldout sleeper chair. Plenty of bath linens pillows, blankets etc.The back yard is delightful - shaded patio with table and chairs, grill, shade trees. Nice landscaping in front. Wonderful birds in the yard in the morning - including a family of quails that paraded on the concrete rear wall. Great deco inside. Can't say enough good things about this property. The location was great for us - we didn't want to be too close to uptown Sedona. We were close to many trails and the Safeway grocery store. "

It’s perfectly located away from the hustle of Sedona proper to enjoy the property’s tranquil garden and close enough to be a short drive to wherever you want to go. Bridget is amazing and was so helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely be booking here again."

"Our host was fantastic! Location was perfect to reach many hiking trails. The home was serene, thoughtfully outfitted and very clean. She is not joking about the wildlife! Javelinas were very entertaining, thousands of birds at the bird feeder, coyotes were around but aloof (we respected them and kept at a distance). The hot tub is great and the sun porch perfect for the afternoons. We cannot say enough good about this place. Loved it!"
