"Clean, safe, reliable property. We stay here once a year for our annual hiking trips. I prefer a 2nd story room. Feels like a townhouse. Quiet. Room is spacious with a living room and bedroom plus a full kitchen, large bathroom and generous closet."

"The property was nice and staff was friendly but the rooms could stand to be updated and better maintained. In our room, the safe didn’t work and the door latch was loose. The grout and tile itself in the bathroom was stained and the furniture drawers would stick or not open properly - particularly the one with the mini-fridge. We didn’t use the spa but the gym was fine - albeit small, and the pool is really small for the amount of guests that use it. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and really convenient to everything we needed and I would consider staying there again. I just think for ~$500/night, it should be a little more luxurious feeling."

"Upon checking in the front desk woman was a little sassy. We wanted to be by our friends and she said there was no availability. We asked if our other friends had checked in and she said for privacy reasons she couldn't tell us. Turns out they hadn't checked in yet but they were put next to our other friends. Curious. Our room was at the very back of the hotel requiring steps and walking and my husband has walking issues. Room is very spacious with an equipped kitchen and large fridge, dining table for 2 and living room area. Bathroom was very clean and everything worked. Unfortunately the room above us got up every morning at 6 and started pounding around. My mistake was not contacting the front desk to ask them to notify them of the noise. She told me they never would have moved us but they would talk to the guests. Breakfast was serviceable - changed every morning which was too bad bc some mornings it wasn't a good selection. But there was always a bagel/Eng muffin to be had. Scones were delicious as was the orange juice. There is NO VIEW of the hills from the rooms - even the outside area had no view. But you can go next door to the Marriott Courtyard Hotel and go to their third floor outside deck for a spectacular view of the red cliffs. Bring your own drinks."

"We returned to this beautiful property to celebrate our anniversary, and it continues to be our favorite place to stay in Sedona. Tucked away from the busy streets yet right near scenic walking trails, the nights here are serene and quiet. Bridget is an exceptional host who maintains the cottage beautifully and ensures every detail is comfortable. Waking up to fresh air and quiet morning coffee on the patio was pure bliss. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"This was such a great stay. The house was immaculate, the view was gorgeous and the owner was so nice. The hot tub was even clean and wonderful. There were snacks and nothing she had left out. I hope to go again next year. It’s an understatement to say it was amazing."
