「The apartment is quaint with an authentic cast iron claw foot tub and a bright kitchen with the original wood frame pull up windows that fill the entire wall facing east. The place was clean, sparkling clean really, without the scent of standard cleaning products. I was very impressed with the depth of attention given to cleanliness. The photos in the ad are from an earlier phase, because when I stayed there the owner had painted two accents walls a deep warm blue,one in the small living room...

「Colorful Gem is my favorite go to place in Northern Az to escape the Phoenix heat .The house is on a quiet street perfect to take long walks with your dog. The house has everything you could want & need. The house is very modern & clean. The beds are so comfortable its hard to get out of bed. lol Getting ready to book again for next month. Jeff is very friendly & helpful he checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well.」
