「Place was spotless and perfect for the volleyball tournament we were there for. We were a family of 2 adults and 1 teen. Our teen slept on the couch with no complaint. The pool and spa were awesome, they have tons of chairs and plenty of room. Ours did not have a balcony, which was a surprise because the pictures showed one. 「Checking in was a little confusing as key cafe lock box to pick up the keys were a bit difficult. Other than that, everything was smooth. The property was nice with amenities such as a pool and gym. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. 「House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. We had issues with the fact that the outside gate needed a code and without a light out front we found it a pain to press the numbers while looking at our phone while trying to use our phone flashlight. Next is the tiny army of tinny tiny ants in the kitchen.And the A/C blows at such a force and with such freezing air I found it terribly uncomfortable. 」

「I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince.
