"I had requested a non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. I did request if I could move rooms since the room did have a strong cigarette smell. They offered another room but it was downsizing and I would still have to pay the same price. One of the beds the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns. The smoke detector would not stop going off whenever I used my blow dryer. Saw a few cockroaches in the room. I had to go back once to have my keycard fixed because I got locked out."

"I checked in even after the area looked rather sketchy! The bed was comfortable and that ask i needed. At 2am the room next to me started playing rap music extremely loud so i call the front desk and nothing was done for nearly an hour. I checked out and requested a refund which they would not give so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Red Roof customer service offered to give me 50% off which was not good enough. I slept in my car. I should have known something was amiss because there was security glass at the check in counter. Why would they need that??? Know I know. I'm sorry that 1 is the lowest trading because one is an insult to other properties with a 1 rating. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!"

"The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating. "

"We were surprised management was not able to maintain this properly, aside from leaking water in the bathroom that we supposed to stay and water coming from the top floor it is very unsafe. If your trying to check in here with family and kids, think twice. Safety is the key, you judge for yourself if you want to take the risk. Didn't proceed due to safety reasons, management not willing to reverse payments for refund and refuse accountability. Show proof of videos. Check location before you book, online photos are too good to be true. "

"The lock on the door was loose and the bathrooms weren’t clean. I tried two rooms before going to a different hotel."
