"Checked in late at night and key didnt work to get into room. Went to front desk and they "upgraded" us to a suite. It was terrible. Super hot in the room, no towels and super dirty and run down. Tried to get some sleep as we only needed to stay 7 hours. Went to get into bed and found bed bug eggs. Left right away."

"Pool looked okay. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Lamp shades were majorly crooked. Single seat in the living room had stains+++ on it. Was afraid to sit in it. Worried about what the stains were!! Large one foot dark stain on the rug in main living room. Blood vs other?? Very out dated and dark. Other patrons were not of the normal standard of living. Did not feel save in room as the patio door did not lock. Lady assistant manager offered a full refund as we were not comfortable nor felt safe. We took 10 min to figure out what we should do and find another hotel ASAP. Then took another 15 min to find the lady assistant manager to get the refund. We were denied the full refund from male manager stating we spent 30 minutes in the room and therefore they will charge one night accommodation. "

"This house is so fun with a mid-century modern look and everything you could need for a family. I love that there are games all around and the pool for kids. The bedrooms are comfortable. Good water pressure in the showers (that's a big plus for me!). The neighborhood is quiet and in a lovely area - close to everything you could need. The host is wonderful and communicating and even allowed us in early on the day we arrived, which was SO helpful.There are just a few notes I would say could be helpful:1. The floors are a tad dirty - probably from pool life, which I totally get. Wear socks/flip flops or wash your feet at night...or just roll with it. I think it's just a perma-dirty issue because it's not visibly dirty or anything. The patio is similar - probably just due for a pressure wash is all.2. The kitchen could use some more supplies. We didn't find a large bowl for salad. We made it work because that's what we do - no need to complain. But, a heads up for future vacationers. 3. The pool is not heated, which I didn't look up beforehand. We weren't around a lot to use it so only my son got in for a very short bit. I'm sure it's great when the temps go up like crazy but we are from Seattle, so that cold water is a bit of a shocker! LOL4. For the host: I would add a shelving unit somehow in the master bathroom because there isn't a lot of counter space. Nice to have somewhere to put all the girlie things :)"
