「Great place to stay. Loved the room, very clean and comfortable. Great location to Williams and Grand Canyon. 」

「We did not stay due to extreme temperatures and no a/c. The room temp was uncomfortable. We asked for a refund and did not get an acceptable response. Very uncooperative.」

「In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing!」

「Camping trailer was clean, but couch was quite warn, no towels in second bathroom, heat control for second bedroom was lacking and loud, no headboard and large gap between mattress and wall.」

「The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked...

「This clean and convenient apartment was perfect for our Sedona vacation. The fridge kept our food and water cold, the TVs added entertainment after a long hike and the bed was very comfortable! It is located in a very convenient location to all the places!」

「This is such a cute place with thoughtful amenities. It was well decorated and clean. It is a small space, so be sure that meets your needs. Great for being out during the day and coming back to rest and refresh. I appreciated the water kettle for tea, filtered water, yoga mat, and soft real shower towels!
