「My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street....

「Thanks for a great stay! Fashionably furnished. Great location within walking distance of all that Tempe offers. Comfortable, pristine, and private. Parking is not part of the complex, must use public parking lot 3 blocks away at $12/per day. Would definitely book again!」
