「The condo was very nice and clean and we liked the area. It was convenient and felt very safe. Amenities within the unit were a little sparse, but we managed. The neighborhood is somewhat loud (proximity to airport and ASU), but that was expected and did not take away from our experience. This should be a 5-star unit, but the lack of hand towels, TP, and a few other minor things knocks it down to a 4.5.」

「The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. 」

「I already provided feedback to the owner as it relates to ensuring address with full unit # listed on materials shared throughout the process as the final document with address lacked details on unit as there was a B unit with the same address. As well, the ice maker was not functioning. The rest of the unit/experience was as expected.」
