「The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories」

「We had a great stay ! The place was spacious , clean, and equipped. The location is perfect to get to different attractions. Convenient store and a great taco place in walking distant. Very safe with 24 hour security. Beach access available but a decent walk. 」

「The house was perfect for our group of 14. Easy to get to places but also fun to just hang out at the house. Rooms were all decent sized and comfortable. We ran into a couple minor issues but the property management was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back here.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Villa. Everything was as described. We kayaked, fished, snorkeled with whale sharks up the coast and visited a local cenote. The restaurants in Puerto Morales were excellent. It was hard to pick from the many choices. 「We had a very relaxing stay at casita Kin-ha! The space was exactly as described. We were able to use the provided bicycles to go into town for groceries and tour around. The bikes could use a bit more maintenance as we had to pump up the tires a few times, and it would be great if all were equipped with lights. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude. "とても綺麗なホテルで清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフもフレンドリーな方が多く、楽しいバケーションを過ごしました。しかし、入口ゲートからロビーまで歩いて25分かかり、移動が大変でした…。また、専用アプリからレストランが全く予約できない、金額や時間等間違った情報が表示されている、ルームサービスを頼むと毎回電話で確認が入ったが注文と違う商品が届くなど、ホテル側がデジタル化に対応できていないことによってスムーズな対応とはいえない部分が多々見受けられました。"
