「カンクン空港に深夜到着だったので一泊しました。地図帳でホテルの場所が大変分かりづらく、また大雨だったためタクシーで向かいました。最寄りの第2ターミナルからですとホテルが見える距離で歩いて5-10分、私たちが到着した第4ターミナルからはかなり距離があり歩いていくには難しく感じました。（晴れていたら歩けるのかもしれません） ホテルは清潔で快適に過ごさせていただきました。ありがとうございました。」

「We made the reservation last minute, when we missed our connecting flight out of Cancun. A lady at the desk of the hotel was able to walk us through getting the free shuttle to the hotel within minutes of making our reservation. We can't say thank you enough just for that kind gesture. Check-in was easy, our dinner in the hotel restaurant was perfection, the shower was wonderful. We had a quick, but nice layover stay. Best perk: the complimentary airport shuttle that functions 24 hours a day.」
