Perfect airport or out of town hotel

This little gem was so nice. The family was amazing so courteous and helpful. It’s a beautiful old building that’s been restored and it’s a perfect spot. If you’re leaving for the airport it’s only about 10 minutes away out of town but their stores and restaurants nearby so perfect for that.

Good size rooms with clean and properly maintained property. They have parking next door. Just the road conditions are not great and have a lot of pot holes and they get bad with rain. There is an oxxo store at walking distance which is open 24 hours.

The house is really beautiful ! Even if the cleanliness is not the best we could have, it is clean. This is typical, and we really appreciated it. Really nice restaurants about 2 minutes by walk.

This place is beautiful, the people that run the place are friendly, kind, and so helpful. It is a quiet location with 2 restaurants right around the corner. The bus stop is 5 short blocks. It is worth every peso spent ❣️

Very good place to stay especially if you require a overnight in Cancun. 12 minutes from airport. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Secure parking. Friendly reception. Restraunts in walking distance. Noisy bar on one side, change your room and you will be good. Excellent price for Cancun.

Bed no breakfast

Place was great , simple single room, good bed and comfortable. Only complaint was it’s billed as bed and breakfast. It’s not. No breakfast. Other than that place is excellent. Front staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again.
