Lovely place in fabulous Sayulita

Great, quiet location just a short walk to the beach and town. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the cloudy pool water. Sayulita is a super cool place, great vibe, beautiful water, really loved it here.

Great bnb with a lovely host

This is a lovely BnB and Patricia is a gem. We stayed two nights with a late arrival and early departure. Patricia helped us to order a Mexican dinner delivery and provided our morning airport transfer. The whale sharks tour collect from here and we had a huge triple room for the three of us

Cancun SoHo vs Hilton

Cancun SoHo is greater than Cancun Hilton. This is a true statement. The hosts, Francisco and his wife are wonderful people. Francisco helped me to commute easily from/to the airport. He picked me himself from the airport, and called a ride when I was leaving. They provided me very nice breakfast kindly. I felt like home. The house is beautiful, clean, and organized. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and safe, but no businesses like restaurants and shops around.

Large room but hard beds

Scheduling the shuttle with the hotel was a bit cumbersome. We couldn’t find the shuttle for 30 minutes after a lot of back and forth with the hotel over what’s app. The room was big with 3 beds. It was a cute house. The beds were hard, the pillows were lumpy. There was only a thin sheet on the bed and I got cold. Fruit, toast and juice for breakfast.

The house is very nice and the room large with a view over the garden and the pool. Patricia, the woman who received us was very nice and helpful in finding food and transportation to Playa del Carmen. However, the add on Expedia states that they offer a shuttle from the airport and this was not the case for us. The owner told us we had to book 48 hours in advance. Nowhere was this stated as a policy. Furthermore, he would not have had provided the shuttle regardless because it was Christmas. Had we known that, we probably would have found another place to stay.

Un immense merci à Francisco pour son accueil parfait ! Après de longues heures de vol, nous avons apprécié son hospitalité et le confort de son hébergement, idéalement situé près de l’aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, et surtout, Francisco a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour. Ses conseils avisés nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de la région, et il a même pris le temps de nous aider à régler un souci avec notre loueur de voiture. Un hôte exceptionnel que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
