"Overall, my stay at the hotel was just okay. The room itself was decent and met basic expectations, and the location was convenient enough for what I needed. However, my experience was overshadowed by a frustrating issue with housekeeping. During my stay, I noticed that my personal towels went missing after a housekeeping visit. These were clearly my own—high-quality Ralph Lauren towels that are noticeably different from standard hotel linens—so it should have been obvious they did not belong to the hotel. Despite bringing this up, the situation was not properly resolved, which was disappointing. While the hotel is fine for a short stay, this experience left me feeling uneasy about leaving personal belongings in the room. I would recommend being cautious and keeping track of your items if you choose to stay here."
