We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted. "The location is beautiful, amazing views but the hotel is a bit old. We went to Hakone to relax and spend a night enjoying the onsen but we weren’t unable to get in due to having tattoos something that the website should have in more details instead of having it in the small print. The tv was only in Japanese so we couldn’t watch tv. The elevator was not working we had to carry 3 luggage down 3 floors and the sign on it was only in Japanese and I touch the bottom an it shocked me. I was very excited to stay but I was kind of disappointed. "
