We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!

Relaxing hotel before city exploring!

The hotel was amazing! We had a private onsen room, which was very relaxing before having beautiful 5 course dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff were so kind and friendly to us. We don’t speak Japanese but we were made to feel very welcome.

部屋に備え付けの館内用サンダルが、足に合わずしょっちゅう踏み外してしまったので、転びそうで怖かったです。それ以外は快適でした。

サービスもスタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。大浴場は改修の関係で温泉ではなかったのですが、部屋のお風呂は温泉で大きく満足できました。料理も素材の味を最大限に引き出し、見た目も美しく美味しかったです。また伺いたいと思います。
