"The staff were very welcoming. No issues whatsoever with cleanness or internet access. It was good that I could have access to extra tea/coffee etc."

"Staff were incredibly rude. Had to complain to the general manager. Was not the best start to our honeymoon. Reception staff told us that there was a blanket no check in before 3pm when we arrived but didn’t even take our details to check. We went to sit at the bar. And watched as around 5 different people were checked in before us. I went over to speak to a different member of staff who was able to check us before hand. "
