"I had requested ground floor this had been accepted but I had stated near lift if not possible, was told would be ground floor but was put on first and not near the lift! Issue with heaters in room but felt wasn’t dealt with properly! Room sizes were good, facilities within the room were good, having tv set to a loud number was an issue especially when up very early and put tv on would wake neighbours "

"Warm and friendly welcome from the staff on reception, who even phoned me in the room to check all was OK. Bar open all hours. Great breakfast included which is unusual. Nice quiet, clean room with great shower. My only gripe was no fridge in the bedroom and that some breakfast tables were left uncleared. But I’ll be back!"

"Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though."
