"Excellent hotel! Close proximity to the JR line and Yododashi Akiba. Shops and restaurants galore within walking distance. If you are an anime or video game lover, this is the spot for you! Hotel room while small made excellent use of the space and I did not feel cramped at all considering I am 6‘5“ lol. The queen bed helped immensely which is rare in Japanese hotels. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. The included breakfast was also delicious and buffet style. I definitely plan on staying here again when I return in the future."

"Amazing, the ability to do laundry on a hot day is great. The staff was very helpful in all aspects. The bath salts they provide for free really helped to relax after a long day. The rooms are really big for Japan. Very comfortable for a couple."

"We had such a great time at the Tourist Hotel @ Cafe Akihabara, the rooms were well laid out and spacious for Tokyo standards, but in particular the attention and care paid to us by the staff was exceptional. They were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay including when we had to make unexpected changes midway through our trip. Will definitely be staying here again."

"This is my go-to hotel when I visit Tokyo. Clean rooms with a nice shower that has good water pressure. We especially like the massage chair that is in almost every room, it helps after a long day of walking. The hotel is less than a minute walk from Akihabara Station and has many food and shopping options nearby, no need to take a train. Will continue coming back here."

"Great location that's walking distance to both Ueno Park/Zoo and Akihabara, but also far enough away that it's quiet when you'd want to be sleeping. It's not the closest ever to a train station but also the roads to get there are flat so it's not hard to drag a suitcase or two around. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows to be firm but not uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only thing to note is that the room itself was on the smaller side and didn't have a view. This didn't bother me much as I basically was only there to shower and sleep. (Also I'm pretty sure there are other rooms in the hotel with a view if that's what you're after). All in all it's a great place that's close to the action without the action being in your business when you want to sleep! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!"
