「The house was clean; beds and pillows were comfortable; host was fabulous - communicated very well, helpful with local information; while there were homes close you could not hear or see them, very "peace"-ful area; out of town Hilo, but not far; Foodland & Safeway is Kroger(midwest); kitchen and frig well stocked; the observation loft was too scary for us to venture up; the grill and fire pit were wonderful; enjoyed the back deck daily. 「海が見える側の部屋なのは良かったけど、3階で目の前に大きな木があって海が見えない。プールは小さめでいつもいっぱいで入る気にならなかった。お散歩するには気持ち良い。 夜は24時近くなっても下の芝生で大声で子供が騒いでいて寝られなかった。 製氷機は6、7、8階のエレベーター前にあると言われたが、6階は故障していて使えなかった。 水はフロントの外でもらえるし、タンブラーも人数分プレゼントされた。 ウェルカムドリンクはお酒は2種類、ソフトドリンクは4種類、海が見える側の席で飲もうと座ったら、レストランから出るように言われた。 洗面台に大量の小さい蟻が発生。毎日殺しても出てくるのがとても嫌でした。 シャワーの湯温と湯量は問題なく快適。 ジムは建物内ではなく、一旦、フロントから外に出るので利用しなかった。 4名で利用だったが、タオルは2組、フロントに伝えたら持ってきてくれた。」
