「This place is absolutely beautiful」

「A resort of this caliber should have a high level of service and sadly, it fell very short. Resort is beautiful, huge but beautiful. Service times took forever and even when there was finally service, everyone was just going through the motions. No one was pleasant. 「This was a fabulous hotel. Extremely family friendly and a huge bonus getting a rate including the wonderful breakfast buffet. The food at the resort was excellent including the beach restaurant which did not at all feel like “hotel food”. Rooms were spacious and comfortable- we got two connecting rooms for the kids. They were nice and cool, very updated, and bedding was comfortable - all very important to us. The one flaw is the lack of seats by the pool - you have to claim a seat very early. I...

「The property was amazing features and activites for all of my family members. The ony thing it lacked was a proper hot tub. Unfortunately, My son got very sick 2 days into the trip and had to be rushed to the emergency room but the staff was so helpful and got us an ambulance escort. Food was amazing for the most part, especially the Sushi! Will totally come back!」
