Very spacious presidential suite, hotel was located in decent and quiet location. Staff was super courteous and helpful. I would deduct one star for the cockroaches in the kitchen area.

We stayed here for three nights and we had an amazing experience. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and our room was beautiful. The staff here were so kind and helpful, rooftop restaurant was amazing. The hotel offered a shuttle to the beach and made to order breakfast every day. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, from the time I parked, to check in and the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the breakfast could not be better. Breakfast was ordered the evening before via a link and delivered to the room, every morning, hot and delicious. Never had a problem with the parking. Highly recommended. I loved the modern, spacious design of the suites — it truly felt like a home away from home with all the upscale touches. The rooftop pool and bar were definitely a highlight, offering gorgeous city and ocean views, perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying the lively atmosphere in the evening. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What was unique about this property was the blend of comfort and luxury — from the stylish décor to the thoughtful amenities, everything felt very well curated. The location was also convenient, close to Old San Juan and other attractions while still feeling private and relaxing. The only downside was that parking can be a little tight, but the overall experience more than made up for it.

I recently stayed at the Ciqala Hotel in Puerto Rico over the weekend and had a great experience. The room service was excellent—prompt and attentive to every detail.
