"We had such a wonderful time that we didn’t want to leave this place! Our room was lovely and the onsen were amazing. There were plenty of time slots available and the staff was so helpful and kind especially with my young children. They even brought my 3 year old some crackers to cheer her up when she was cranky at breakfast. There are toys available in the lobby. It really feels like they thought of everything! I’m so happy we were able to have this first experience at a ryokan as a family."

"The room was small but the amenities were with current technology. Love the location of the hotel. It was close to everything. We ate breakfast at Eeny which was just couple minutes walking away from the hotel. The hotel offers Muji buffet breakfast which we opt out "

"Our stay here was magical. The staff were attentive and helpful. The area was so beautiful and peaceful surrounded by forest. The public onsen was empty both times we used it so actually quite private and so relaxing!! The hotel were so kind and decorated our room for our honeymoon. The food was sublime, I would definitely recommend getting dinner, and our special fruit plate was such a sweet touch. Wearing the traditional dress and staying in the paper walled rooms felt so authentic and made our honeymoon so special. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ❤️‍🔥"
