"Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though."

"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues.
