First time saying at this hotel. It was very clean, quiet and had quick access to the Elizabeth Line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived before our room was ready, but the front desk staff was kind enough to take our luggage and provided recommendations on where to get something to eat close by. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. While the pool was on the smaller side, we were thankful that there was a pool to enjoy during the heatwave. I would stay here again with no issues!

Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!

I loved the way the spaces in the room was managed. Furniture and general room layout was great. I really liked the black out window blinds. Helped with sleeping into the morning without worrying about sun rays waking me up at 5am. Loved it.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, pool was warm (ok for a dip but a bit busy, and not big enough for a good swim), and breakfast was good with everything being replenished constantly. Lovely short stay. Directions when we got of the DLR were not great, we followed some other people to find the 2nd floor entrance.
