Stayed in a studio, couldn't work out how to get the shower hot - reception helped with that. Room great - love having the kitchen facilities and aparthotel is a great concept - found plenty of extra towels in the wardrobe. Could hear traffic noise and could vaguely hear trains but not enough to impact on sleep if your not used to sleeping near a main road earplugs may be a good idea.

We’ve had the worst experience with this property. The photos look very different than the reality. In my opinion the property is not well maintained, the walls were damaged, furniture damaged, the bathroom was horrible. The cleaning was lacking. I asked them to come and clean my bathroom and they refused. I then asked them to give me a refund so I could go to a different hotel and they refused again saying that my reason wasn’t valid. The customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it was the location.

The property is in a great location , 6 min walk to underground. Same time to Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There is a Sainsbury very close but not a lot of dining. I liked having a kitchen, but it would have been nice to have salt/pepper and more cookware to prepare breakfast . Area rug needed cleaning and there was mold in the shower. The toilet kept running and the kitchen had a drip.
