「This boutique hotel has a lot of cute trinkets, unique paintings, and thoughtful design touches that gave it a lot of character. It definitely has a warm, artistic vibe that stands out from typical chain hotels.
My room was located on the 4th floor, but be aware that the elevator only goes up to the 3rd. I had to carry my luggage up another floor from stairs, which can be a bit of a hassle if you have large suitcases. I’d recommend requesting a room on a lower floor if mobility or luggage is...
「I have to thank this hotel so much for 4 nights stay.
The good points are:
・The staffs are very kind and friendly.
・The nearest station:Stratford has two subway lines to the center of London and has a direct line from/to airport, so, it is convenient.
・The room has a heater or air-conditioner, fine bathroom, I could feel always comfortable.
・All the time, the room cleaning and bed making were well done.
・The breakfast is free, I like the taste.
Just one thing what I would like to suggest...

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
