Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel.
Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube.
Room had what I wanted, balcony with a water view, and all the basic comforts.
Staff were friendly too

I took my son to the Minecraft experience we stayed here and had such a lovely stay. Easy short walk to the tube station so easy access to the rest of London. Really lovely lady on reception who helped us with this. Quiet place with the stunning buildings made it a wonderful stay, I'll definitely look to stay here again when visiting London. Room was beautifully clean, modern and a comfy bed.

Check in smooth and friendly staff.
Room was dusty in places.
The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy
Sofa bed really uncomfortable
Good kitchen amenities
For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why?
The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot.
The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way.
Was very clean. Kids loved it.
Sraff was very kind.

The room itself was nice and comfortable, with good amenities and a pleasant overall setup. However, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There was dust visible in multiple areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival.
On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly when approached. Unfortunately, despite informing them about the cleanliness concerns, no action was taken to resolve the issue, which was disappointing.
Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of proper cleaning and follow-up from staff significantly affected the experience.
Very nice well equipped and spacious apartment with beautiful views. There were some things that s

Room clean just a few details like plug sockets in kitchen and taps in bathroom not detailed and a bit grubby. Window on 12th floor was open when we checked in and room had an odour of fish from the fish market across the street . Great location and room comfortable
Wonderful staff very helpful and the one bed apartment was very comfortable, great layout with everything we needed. The double sofa bed was already made which we appreciated. We will definitely be back on our next stay to London.
We loved our stay at Fraser Place, the staff were really friendly & welcoming, the room was spotless & very spacious! Great location, we will definitely be returning when we next visit the area & recommending to friends/family!
A full working kitchen with oven and hob was supplemented by a toaster, coffee machine and kettle, making it entirely possible to cook all meals in the room..
The dishwasher, fridge and washing machine enables complete independence in a tidy, modern apartment.
Big screen TV with a host of electricals such as music player, alarm clock, hairdryer and iron
Excellent studio. We booked a premier room, and the place should be five stars. Everything is high quality, from washing machines to coffee machines. Very luxurious, better than my last place, which cost £2000 a night.
