"We booked this room for a weekend in June, it was very central (near Tower Bridge) and very nice. We were on the 4th floor and they had a lift for our cases which was good. The breakfast was nice and the rooms are very spacious! The best hotel in London centrally for us and worked out one of the cheapest too! Would definitely recommend 👌"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.The hotel environment was clean, comfortable and excellent.I would especially like to praise the two staff members, at the reception ,one name is Asif and second name is kalam.Their attitude was very polite, friendly and professional.They were very cooperative at every stage during check-in and check-out and took care of my all needs.Their smiles, good manners and helpfulness made my stay more memorable.I thank them both from the bottom of my heart and congratulate the hotel management for such an excellent staff.I will highly recommend this hotel to others."

"didn't like from starting, plus they took 50 £ deposit for damages ,I just took a shower and a bit rest and left..I took even rubbish after my self ...so I paid for room plus they took deposit....:( very sad...my recommendation is "avoid " this hotel...a lot nicer around...I even discribe it doggy ( something not legal)"

"Beautiful and comfortable room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great place to stay for a few days. Breakfast was great, and bar staff were happy to help. Photos were a little misleading though - the pool is no longer available to access. There is a 24hr gym though if you're looking to burn a few calories - I don't believe this had any extra fee to access, either. Overall, great stay, super happy with my time here."

"Location was good for my purpose. Shower had mould around the edge. Not paticularly clean. Bed wasn't comfortable. Pillows where thin. Late check in staff was grumpy. Room was super hot on a not paticularly warm day. Infact it had been raining. I had to take 2 lifts and a reasonable walk to get to my room."
