「レセプションに係員が居たり居なかったり…レセプションに係員が居ても管理会社側が不在で宿泊確認がなかなか取れなくて待たされたりとか、とにかくチェックインまでに手間が掛かりすぎでも一旦チェックイン出来ればレセプションの係員はとてもフレンドリーだし、顔も覚えてくれててとても感じが良かった隣にあるTESCOは7時から空いてるし、その目の前にはアジアン食料品店もあるので自炊する方にはとてもオススメ快適な滞在ができました」

「Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR. The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect.
