"Unfortunately there was work going on at the time of our stay which made the reception area quite noisy. The staff were brilliant though and brought us all a little drink. Also the noise you;d not be heard at all once we were in our room. Views of Tower Bridge from the restaurant were amazing. Would definitely stay again."

"Upon arrival for our one night stay we were told that our room wasnt ready despite us being there 45mins past the check in time, so we were invited to have a cocktail in the bar whilst we wait, not a big deal. Then a few more things went wrong, we were sent to the wrong room then the correct room wasnt what we booked. So a pretty disappointing start but with the help of 2 lovely staff members Joe and Ryan, they not only resolved the issues but as an apology far exceeded our expectations and this ended up being one of the best staycations we have had in london. So thank you Joe, Ryan and the sea containers"
