Recommended! The staff was lovely, our room was upgraded and very comfortable, and the location near Soho and Covent Gardens was super convenient. The building is very charming with old fireplaces and a garden in back. We didn't end up having breakfast here, though it's included given the B&B style accomodations. We made sure to book a room with a private bathroom, which was clean and a good size. Would stay again!

Staff are lovely and not bad for one night. The main area that could do with improvement is the bathroom. The shower head needs replacing. Room was clean

The staff are great and the complimentary breakfast is terrific. This is an old historic building so the rooms are a bit tight and there is no elevator, however the staff are more than happy to assist with luggage.

The staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good. Same selection every day but enough of a selection so you could change things up a bit. Our room was clean, a little small but welcome to London. Beds were comfy. Loaction was good. We could walk to alot of different areas and if not, the tube was close by. Nothing to complain about, really. Was just what i expected

This was our first visit to London, and we had a great stay at the Jesmond Hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and served a tasty, made-to-order breakfast each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of a tube station, sightseeing buses, a grocery, and the British Museum.
