「The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!」

「De locatie is top. Het is gemakkelijk om met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum te gaan. Het huisje zelf valt echter tegen. Ondanks dat we de ventilatie rooster open hebben gezet waren elke ochtend de ramen aan de binnenkant beslagen wat duid op slechte ventilatie. Ook de schimmel op de raamrubbers duid hierop. Het huis was ook niet goed schoongemaakt. De badkamer lag vol met haren. Het huisje heeft een prepaid kaart voor de gas meter. De host heeft deze net genoeg opgewaardeerd voor ons...
