"Second time staying here - it just works. Everything you need, nice and clean, great location close to Farringdon tube, walking distance to the Barbican, close to nice food and drink options and friendly staff. Excellent air conditioning (it’s been a heatwave both times I stayed). Nice big shower - but note that the bathroom is sort of part of the bedroom so not necessarily ideal if you’re sharing with friends, there is just a glass door to the shower and to the separate toilet, and the sink is in the bedroom. I was travelling alone and found this layout very convenient for getting ready though! Premium rooms are much bigger and brighter, so worth the small additional cost. One tiny suggestion for management: a hook for the hand towel by the sink would be useful. If the price remains affordable I’ll stay here every time I’m in London."
