"The building itself looks nice, the interior is clean and modern, staff all very lovely and helpful. I did witness a cleaner on her break toss her empty rubbish into the flower beds outside the hotel which wasn’t great though. Our room had everything inside you needed, but there were no instructions to operate the oven so we had to look them up on Google which wasn’t ideal. The bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine so I had to spray the toilet and floor with perfume to mask it. The bed was comfortable, but the rooms are far too hot even with the Dyson fan provided. It REALLY needs air con! Also, every time people closed the main door to the hotel floor, it woke us up as it slams loudly (we were the first door after it so if you’re in a room close to the main door, prepare for the noise!) it is close to the tube station and shops and restaurants which is handy too. The lounge on the top floor is lovely with nice views so I recommend going up there. The price was excellent for our 3 day stay, and we would stay here again."
