「The representative for the property was very helpful in resolving the couple of issues we had. Overall, they were great and very thoughtful. I will stay here again knowing things will be resolved should they arise. 」

「The property was exactly as described. Kitchen was well equipped except no potholders recommend bringing some. The dryer did not dry well took 3 cycles to dry clothes but that didn’t really affect our stay. The rental company answered all our questions and were prompt to respond which was appreciated. Would book again. 」

「This rental really felt like home, and had many little personal touches that made it magical. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. the private pool in the backyard was great as well. 」

There was one afternoon when the door code mechanism stopped working and the Villa could not be locked. We risk leaving it like this since all this will harm our itinerary. We are completely sincere.」

「Do not rent this property!!! It is not up to Champions Gate Standards. When we arrived the house smelled like a body was in it. We eventually found old meat in the oven covered in maggots. The place looked like squatters had been living there. The beds were not made. Old food was in the fridge, the pool was dirty. Furniture is old and bad condition. We were no allowed early check in but once we got there had to wait 5 hours for a cleaning crew ( a man his wife and his 5 month old daughter) to...

「Gate and rental management don't communicate well. One of my family member with 2 babies were not able to come in so they had to leave and sleep somewhere else, the security at the gate were not helpful even though they saw the situation and we were following the rules for the limit amount of people in the house. The next day the problem was not solved so we had to find a way to drive them in the neighborhood. Very frustrating and sad situation during our family vacation. 」
