We didn’t know we had to book a mid stay cleaning until I phoned to see when they were coming. We had no information packet in the room which could have informed us of this. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was the perfect size for our group of five, yet spacious enough that it could easily accommodate a larger family without feeling crowded. The décor was tasteful and welcoming, giving the place a warm, comfortable feel from the moment we arrived. The pool was well‑maintained and great for relaxing after a day out at the parks.The Reunion resort felt like a Caribbean resort. Reunion resort has nice amenities such as water park, pickelball and pool. Overall, a fantastic stay and a place we’d happily return to."

"ULTIMATE family playground with incredible hostOur family of 20 stayed here for a milestone birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The home is massive and incredibly clean, with updated bathrooms and four modern kitchens that made feeding a large group a breeze.The amenities are endless: two heated pools (the one with the lazy river was a hit, even if it was a bit too lazy, a bowling alley, a movie theater, a sauna, and a karaoke room. While the basketball net was a bit high, we still had a blast using it.A tip for future guests: With a house this full of high-tech features (golf simulator, arcades, etc.), I recommend messaging the host before arrival if there is one specific amenity you are dying to use. This ensures everything is calibrated and ready for you. If one arcade game is down, don't sweat it—there are plenty of others to keep you busy!The highlight of the stay was the host. He is incredibly warm, patient, and responsive. When we realized we needed a crib, he actually went out, bought a brand-new crib, mattress and sheets, and delivered them to us! We would absolutely stay here again."
