「The staff is too busy, front desk is understaffed, very hard to find your room based on staff instructions, to use baggage cart you have to ask everyone and the route used leads you by the pool, windows can't open, there is no bellhop, baggage can be stored, but not secured and only at totally your own risk.」

「Shower handle was very hard to twist to open, phone was not working to communicate with front desk, I had to walk from one end of the building to another to ask for things that I needed. I requested housekeeping to clean up the room and it was never done.」

「The hotel was overbooked and of course was not very helpful due to our booking being through Expedia instead of directly though them. My wife and I weren’t able to find a new hotel until 3am. Terrible experience overall!」

「For the small amount of time we were there it was great. Maybe to check in earlier would be my only thing I can think of.」

「No shower curtain when called front desk had to wait for next day to get one. Received a broken shower curtain. Bathroom door broken wood chipped and door to room have to hit with hip to open always stuck. Toilet clogs . That what I get for the prize only good thing is closed to the parks」
