「The staff was friendly and the access to H20 waterpark」

「I want slippers. It was comfortable when sleeping.」

「The property was just as expected. David at the check in desk was awesome! We found the house to be very comfortable. We had hopes of using the pool/hot tub but were too tired after our long park days. We did not take advantage of the H2O waterpark, it was not in our agenda for this trip. The host answered my pre-arrival questions timely. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.」

「Great place to stay!)」

「Good」

「Estaba todo muy bien」

「Disappointing Facilities for the Price The elevator’s door-close button doesn’t work, and the soundproofing between rooms is extremely poor. I could clearly hear people sneezing and coughing in the next room, and the noise from their TV was very loud as well. The staff were friendly and provided good service, but considering how much this hotel charges, I would expect much better facilities and soundproofing. For a hotel at this price point, the overall experience was very disappointing....

「Excellent 」

「Property was nice and loved all the dishes and appliances available. The refrigerator froze everything and we couldn't get it to not freeze. The oven didn't work but we notified maintenance and they fixed it. Did not like that there were only 3 wash clothes to use.」
