"This house is beautiful on the outside but infested with roaches on the inside Riaches were every where. In the fridge, in the drawer were the silverware are located. Crawling over the dishes. Crawling on the walls. Big ones, small ones, pregnant roaches. They tried to spray before we arrived and dead roaches were all over the place. Because this home is infested a simple over the counter spray will not rid the roaches permanently. The Jacuzzi never heated up. I was told there was a BBQ grill on site and there was not. They bought one to the home, however they took my propane tank by mistake. The maintenance guy could not speak English. The entire experience was horrible. I would not rent this home ever again!!!"

"Home was in a beautiful area surrounded by easy access to shopping plazas . Host communicated efficiently no matter what time of day this we greatly appreciated . Home was stunning and very spacious and kid friendly . Home was extremely clean and equipped with game room would rent again "

"Very clean and comfortable, pool area fantastic, trash daily pick up a great thing, only minor comment is that a game room should have more than a pool table and 2 cue sticks and a phone number for calling hosta and property manager should be posted somewhere in the property, would definitely stay at this site again."

"We book this property and the one next door. The house was beautiful, but unfortunately to start off the trip I had people waiting outside of the house for almost 30 minutes because the welcome message with the code to the house was not sent to me. after we were in the house, they were just a few general things that we had to go back-and-forth from each house and move such as dishes and knives because there weren’t enough in one house. we could not get either theater room to work in either house even with following the directions left there at the house but honestly the biggest issue I had with the whole trip was the house was set for the AC not to be lower than 74 and someone’s normal house I think that would be fine but not in a vacation house with 25 people in the middle of summer. they did make me aware that windows and doors need to be closed in order for the AC to stay on but even at night with that many people in one house in Florida. It was still hot and in my room the fan would not work, and I did make the host aware of it, but was never sent any kind of fan or the maintenance people ever came out to take a look at it so I basically had to sweat for the next three nights of sleep. Of course there’s always good in bed to places. The house was beautiful bedrooms were clean. The pools were nice. The resort was amazing and very nice things to do around the area but unfortunately, I don’t think I would rent here again."
