「When we arrived at 430 the ckeaning people was still here,told to comeback in 30 minutes, when we came back our beds were wet,went to take a shower that night there was stuff in bottom of masterbath shower and some of the towrls were wet. The light is masterbsth didn't work and the light in the queen bedroom kept flickeri g」

「The condo was attractive, neat as a pin, well appointed and super-convenient to the Omni, where I was attending a conference. It was nice that they offered two types of coffee makers, Keurig-style and Mr Coffee-style, but it would have been nicer if they'd had one or two servings of coffee to go along with them!」

「The condo itself was great! The resort hot tub was not hot 1/3 of the time. So disappointing the days it was only warm. 」

「My husband and I had a great time here! The pool with the bar puts you in full vacation mode. Place was very clean and close to Disney. 」

「Only issue is a sometimes undependable elevator. Owner very attentive.」

「This was our families third time staying at Tuscana Resort. This unit was well equipped and stocked with everything you would need.Communication was great with property owner… very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier.Unit was clean, nicely decorated, kitchen was well equipped. Stocked with towels and beach towels for the pool. Washrooms stocked with mini bottles of shampoo, soap, toilet paper.Our family would definitely consider staying in this same unit again next...
