「The house was excellent, once we got into the house. Due to our flight being delayed we didnt get to the house until about 2 am. The code we were given did not work. We called the emergency number and after several calls we did get a real person. It still took 3 new codes, us sending a video of us putting in the code twice. At 3:15 am we did get into the house. It was clean and all was fine from there. 」
