The home was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive, and the community was quiet. We enjoyed using the clubhouse and its pool. The lazy river was relaxing, and it was great having food and drink available.

Nice property great locationWe stay in Champions Gate often during spring break and a few times throughout the year. The property was a described. The pool was hot as requested. A couple of the tvs had issues but nothing to ruin a trip as we didn't use those rooms. We did purchase baking trays from Sam's Club and left them for other guests. Overall we would stay here again.

Pro’s - Great location ( Gated and quiet community ), lovely villa, recent upgrade. Host very responsive.Con - Pool dirty on arrival but was cleaned the next day after informing the host. Pool sun bed furniture was very grimy, had to clean before using, did not notice immediately due to rain conditions in the first couple of days.Overall, a few upgrades to the pool furniture would greatly improve the experience.Would highly recommend staying at this property, and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

This is such a beautiful home! We enjoyed our time there. The pool was great and the area was very nice. The owner were very responsive to anything messages I sent. I would definitely rent this house again.

Well decorated, large home. Conveniently located. A few things that keep it from 5 stars. The chairs around the table are dingy and stained. Fabric chairs are probably a nightmare in a VRBO where people are gross and disrespectful but they need to be changed. We were there for a convention and relied on the table to work during our down time. The chairs were uncomfortable and nasty. Also, please fix your directions for accessing the property. The guard gate was across the street and this property had an unmanned gate. I reached out day 1 to clarify how to get in with no success. We had to sneak in behind other cars. Day 3 I finally received a QR code to use. Positives: lots of room for a large group. Beds are comfortable lots of bathrooms. The backyard looks over trees and not another backyard which was fantastic. The decor was very nice.

Upon arrival (at 4pm) the cleaning people were still in the house. We had already waited 2 hours as we got there early and requested an early check in by email- that was not responded to until AFTER our return home from vacation. The garage was not accessible due to the entire thing being filled with stored furniture. The pool was only warm the first day we were there. Broken cupboard door and trash out back on ground. We forgot a bank bag of money at this property and knew exactly where it was left. Upon calling and reporting this at checkout time, they got back to me over a week later saying that their cleaning crew never found it. THEY didn't find it because they stole it. Also, this resort may be nice but know that you can NOT bring any food or water bottles anywhere near the resort pools. They are not nice about it at all. The food at the place is good if you can afford to feed your family there. They are very strict with all of their policies. I do not recommend this property or NOVA VACATIONS. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner- most were returned after our vacation had ended.

Nice property, but needs updating!

Nice property, but needs updating. We couldn’t get the light to work in the living room, the couch needs to be replaced, the door handle in the downstairs bathroom was broke, and we were missing a remote control for an upstairs television. In addition, we did see a few roaches (dead and alive), and had a baby snake in our pool (thankfully the kids saw it before getting in). All issues were reported to the property manager, and although not fixed…I did receive a response to acknowledge, which was appreciated. The Oasis Clubhouse was great and is a must see when visiting the property. All in all, I would visit the resort again, just not this house until fumigated and updated.

Modern Charm

Enjoyed my house in the great golf community. House in good shape and largely as pictured. Not a spacious yard so outside play for kids is limited to the pool deck and game room. House has covered lanai and pool is NOT OVERLOOKED as there are no rear neighbors. Disney fireworks can be seen / heard from the house. House is in good condition and the minor things out out of line didn’t affect our stay. Honestly a full day of dedicated TLC puts this house back in tip top shape. You have to expect that with multi client rental properties. Furniture sits low as do beds which can be a struggle for older / elderly guest. The Air Conditioning works like it’s in Alaska comfy and cold. Overall it was great to gather with the fam and enjoy our weekend. Only real negative is the access to the community. Can be a task to get into the resort but rules set by the resort not the home owners so it’s not fair to ding them for it. Just brought it up so you know what you are getting into, so be aware, but otherwise staying here is gonna serve you just fine.

Nice place but needs updated

We were six adults who stayed at the property for 5 days. Location and house was nice but needs updated. Couch sags and smells, living room rug needs replaced, it curls up on end and tripped us several times, very little water pressure in all showers, roaches in drawers and closet upstairs, QR code to get in didn’t work any of the days we were there managed to get in by pressing button and home needs to be freshened up with a paint job. We paid extra to warm the the hot tub and pool but wasn’t able to get in the last 2 nights of stay because of ant problem. We stayed in home during off season so the daily rate wasn’t bad for 3 couples, but if we stayed during peak season paying full rate we would have been very upset. I hope this honest reply helps in correcting some issues with the home.

Lovely

Charming house with heated pool and some games. We love champion gates and we vacation here all the time in different houses. Owner was always available and was there for everything extra we needed . Have fun !

Guys golf trip

Property was a great stay- it’s not as nice and clean as it appears in the pictures. But it suited us well for what we needed. We had 6 guys in their 30s the stay for a golf weekend. it was nice to hang by the pool and hot tub I have nothing to complain about, other than the traffic in the area. Takes 30 mins to go 1 mile. I do recommend this property

Great vacation home

This home helped make our family vacation a great success. It was welcoming, very clean, beds were comfy, the A/C worked great and layout was spacious. We have lots of great pictures from my adult daughters dancing in the kitchen to my son-in-law sitting in the hot tub with cocktail in hand. The location was convenient to Disney and groceries and the lazy river at the clubhouse was a great extra for the kids. It was nice that house was not overly child based decor and more adult environment. I will definitely book with this owner/company for they were always responsive and kind. Looking forward to doing this again.

Disappointed…

The communication with the rental agency and everything leading up to arrival was very good. While I expect wear and tear on a vacation rental home and do not expect perfection, the state of the house was disappointing especially considering how much we paid to rent a nice place. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There were marks all over the walls. The carpets seemed vacuumed but they were grimy and matted. There was a loose rod on the stair banister and missing bolts to the game room table both of which could have caused injuries to smaller kids. The house is located on a cul de sac where very large metal trash bins for the community are kept and every morning around 6 am a loud garbage truck comes by to empty them. We did enjoy the heated pool and hot tub very much and the beds were comfortable. We have rented several homes over the years in the Orlando area for Disney or Universal vacations. This home was the only one we have ever been disappointed with.

Future renters, first thing to note is that the gatehouse to get your qr code for getting in and out of the gated community is on the other side of the road. Took us a minute to realize that. The house itself at first look is impressive, very well decorated and spacious. Lots of amenities. Great location. At second glance, a few details were missed. We had trouble getting the TV in the living room on, the thermostat to change temperature, and the hot tub to heat up. Instructions would have been nice. We could only get the hot tub to heat up once. The microwave didn't work. A table in the game room nearly falls, if you bump it. There are chips in several dishes. Couldn't play pool -- the room was too narrow and there was no chalk. The kitchen is a wonderful size, but minimally appointed. Perfect for simple meals, but anything more was a challenge. Found two dirty knives in the block and goldfish and m&ms in the dining room chairs. The bedroom selection was awesome, but the beds were all very firm. This was comfortable for one of the three adults in the house. The towels in at least three of the bathrooms were still damp from being washed. But probably the most disturbing (besides the dirty knives and chairs) was the hair left in two of the bathroom showers (hair looked like it could have been from the same person so don't know if it was the housekeeper's or former guest's). Lastly, guests in surrounding homes leaving their trash outside and the dumpster at the end of the street meant several pieces of trash in the front yard. We called the property manager about this list of items. The lady on the phone was professional and very nice. She was ready to help, but we told her we were fine. We just wanted to share to make the stay even better for the next renter. Bottom line, the house is worth renting. A solid four stars. Instructions for a few things and more time on cleanup would've made this a five star stay. It seems to be a community of largely vacation homes so there are bound to be some quirks. Two doors down, the guests were loud and smoking weed, which sent us inside on our last evening, but that meant snuggling on the couch with Netflicks, which wasn't a bad alternative.
