Beautiful property - absolutely breathtaking from the moment you arrive. The staff were super nice and helpful. David who works at the tea bar is also lovely. Amenities are great here and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave. We got the forest room and it was so nice to wake up to. The public bath was also super clean and nice. Our skin felt great afterwards. Would highly recommend the dinner and breakfast there also. It was a big meal but so delicious.

This place was amazing from the moment we arrived. Taking your shoes off upon arrival is a must (as it is in most Japanese Places). Our bags were carried up to our room and we were served green tea. The staff were really kind and friendly, the facility was clean and nice, onsen(both inside and outside) were great, and they even provided simple breakfast!
