"Staff at Soki were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted with our bags and the check-in procedure was really smooth. Staff were fluent in English and give you a comprehensive introduction of the property. The rooms were clean and the onsen in each room was really such a big plus for us. Everything was nice and clean. We drove so it was convenient, might be difficult to access if you are coming by public transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely rebook if I were to visit Atami again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable"

"From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. It made me want to extend my stay. Staff was awesome, everyone was very helpful from the door men to the cooks.
