"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"A truly incredible experience!! The room, amenities, food and staff were all phenomenal!! As soon as you walk into the room, you are greeted with the most amazing views and private onsen. My husband and I wanted to make this trip special and I’m so glad we booked this property because it achieved that goal. I would absolutely recommend this property to any person visiting Hakone. It was amazing! Also, the food packages are absolutely worth it— at the very least book the breakfast and then grab dinner separately one of the nights!"
