"In my stay of 2 nights, we met one staff only, at the front desk. We could not see one more, wherever at onsen or lobby or shop. Efficent management ?? I could not judge."

"基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！ ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。 家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。 最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑 他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございます！"
