Absolutely fantastic hotel and capsules. Clean showers and washrooms and a delicious free breakfast. Would return and recommend without reservation.

The front staff was excellent and we really appreciate the extra effort . The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh .

We were pleased with the staff, the super cleanliness of our room, close location from the cruiseship pier, the park and seawall across the hotel, and close walking distance to Chinatown.

The hotel was very close to night life and close to train station. However the room was very dusty and there were stains (blood and yellow discoloration) on the linen and when we showed the reception they confirmed it would be changed. It wasn’t. We could see the dust all over the shelves of the bed frames and the bathroom shelves. We stayed for 4 nights. Outside of housekeeping, the reception was great and helpful. Spoke a little English. Amenities onsite were good. Would’ve been a four rating if it was cleaner.
