"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! "とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "
