「The hotel was very clean and quiet! It was hard to hear other people from their rooms which was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. The in-room onsen was so relaxing (and nice that you could add cold water to adjust the temperature to your liking) and the breakfast buffet was great! Our only complaint is that some amenities were unavailable and the air conditioner only goes down to 20 degrees C, just cool enough to be able to sleep at night. We’d be happy to come back again.」

「建物自体はそこそこ古いのでそれなりですが、部屋は全体的に広めで清潔感があり、温泉施設も広めで定期的に清掃員が温度管理と清掃を行なっているので綺麗目です。 価格などを考慮すると納得できますが、チェックインの時のフロントスタッフの対応が少しイラッとしたので田舎のホテルでも都会に負けない一流の対応を心がけていただきたいですね！ 最初の評価は星二つでしたが今後を期待して星四つにしました。」
