"My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it especially the roof top views is gorgeous, they offer welcome tea and snack by the same floor of roof top (8th F), we were lucky it was sunny on the day went up the rooftop and felt very chill enjoying the town and water while enjoying the afternoon tea time. We booked this private bath tub half outdoor room and we really enjoyed soak the hot springs whenever we like. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel could provide shuttle...

My only issue was that I could not register with the vending machine app because my country was not listed. Atami is a great base to explore hakone, Fuji. "

"Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔"

"Spend a night here, not very modern but still very clean. Great view Traditional Japanese style ,breakfast and dinner included with the price, dinner is pure Japanese experience. No bathroom only toilet if you like onsen. Taxi cost 1700¥ from Atami station or local bus stop in front of hotel. Open Onsen offer great view, not big little quiet . "
